CEO, Owner
Chuck Sensabaugh is the owner and CEO of PDQ Enterprises, Inc. He has over 40 years of experience in the construction and foundation industry. He can do all phases of home repairs, and this sets PDQ Enterprises, Inc. apart from other foundation contractors. PDQ can take care of any cosmetic repairs that arise from foundation issues. This eliminates the need to hire another contractor to do your cosmetic repairs….PDQ Can Do! Peggy Sensabaugh is the owner and CFO of PDQ Enterprises, Inc. She has over 30 years of experience in managing and operating construction projects along with the daily operations of the office and staff. Peggy has worked hands-on in the field and she handled all phases of office work in the beginning years. After 30 years of managing PDQ Enterprises, Inc., and while still holding the position of CFO, she is now also a consultant and manager of all phases of the business and all managing and operating of the office.

Project Manager
Tony is Chuck and Peggy’s son and the job foreman. He has over 25 years of experience in the remodeling and structural fields. Tony has been with PDQ Enterprises for over 15 years and handles all aspects of our projects, making sure all contractors on the job are doing what they are supposed to be doing. Tony pays close attention to the fine details and prides himself on the assurance of customer satisfaction.
